Care for those with
Additional Complex Needs

New Concept Care & Nursing provides care services for those individuals with Physical disabilities such as
· acquired brain injury
· multiple sclerosis
· muscular dystrophy
· Huntington's Disease
· cerebral palsy
· spinal cord injury
if the service users needs are classified as complex, read on here or alternatively click on our Physical Disabilities Page

We provide support for those who have an additional complex need. These may include
· Communication problems
· Behaviour problems
· Learning difficulties
· Other mental health difficulties.

Care can be provided up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week within their own home. Our aim is to assist the individual to maintain or increase their levels of independence at home and in the community. We pride ourselves on having an attitude that asks ‘how can this be done ?’, rather than allowing a difficulty to stand in the way of the individuals progress or aspirations.

All Carers supporting the individual are selected to meet the needs of the service user and receive ongoing specialist training from either NHS specialists or NCCN trainers. All carers initially work alongside colleagues with experience of the individual before they commence work unsupported.

All of the packages closely monitored by the NCCN complex management team to ensure rapid and appropriate resolution of problems should they occur.

To supply an affordable, locally based, high quality specialist service we always work in partnership with
· the individual
· their family
· service commissioners
· other healthcare professionals, such as dieticians and occupational therapists

Each package is individually costed so contact us for full details.

We acknowledge the diversity of each persons needs whether they be physical, social or emotional
