The whole idea of a Personal Budget is that you (the person using the service and the family) are in control and central to all the decision making about what will work best to help you achieve the best quality of life possible. Innovation and local knowledge are central to this support, so you need a team who are used to ‘thinking outside the box’.

• Advice about the selection and recruitment of your own support team
• Criminal Record Bureau (ISA) and pre-employment checks
• Management of payroll, NI, holiday pay and employment legislation

• Training specificaly tailored to your needs, for your family and your team
• Help and assessment to ensure that the support you get will be safe for you and your team

Who will be working with me?
The brokerage service will be led by Andrew Luckett who has been a Director of the company since 2000. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, so is able to give advice about all recruitment and other personnel issues.

Financial aspects will be overseen by Paula Harris who is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, she will make sure that payroll and accounts are correctly processed and meet all statutory requirements.

Mary Luckett, Managing Director of the company is a qualified Nurse, Health Visitor and Teacher and will work with her team of qualified nurses where necessary to ensure that the support plan meets your needs, whatever they are.
