Mary Luckett, set up the company, she is a qualified nurse and health visitor with teaching qualifications. Even as Managing Director she is still very involved on a day to day basis with care provision - an aspect of the business she does not want to lose sight of as the company grows. Mary is very active in raising the profile of care as a career and is a a director of the Independent Care Group Training Association and is a member of a number of committees in the Care Sector locally.

Service Users and Staff obtain additional support from Jean Scurrah(right) who shares her time between the local Primary Care Trust and her role as Nurse Advisor with NCCN. This means that she is always out and about visiting clients to ensure their Service User Plan is entirely appropriate.Lyn Hole, leads our Learning Difficulty (LD) team and has particular experience with Challenging Behaviour. This ensures that we provide a service that is set up to meet the additional support demands of anyone, however complex.We can provide specialist support for Service Users with Acquired Brain Injury, Muscular Dystrophy, Huntington's Disease and Motor Neurone Disease, even when they are entirely supported through assisted breathing. We can also set up and run Independent Supported Living Schemes for those Service Users who, with extra social care, can integrate back into a normal daily residential environment
