We understand your needs
Before we start any
service for a client we will arrange a visit for a thorough assessment of your needs by one of our Nurses or a Care Officer. However simple or complex your needs, they will produce and agree with you a Service User Plan that will outline exactly what is necessary to enable you to live as independently as possible and respect your rights, privacy and dignity.
Security and Peace of Mind
We operate a 24hr a day 7 days a week Emergency On Call system. If there is a problem with your care worker arriving or any other Emergency ring 07714 895917. You will always find somebody on the end of the phone and you will never be left without a visit. If you have a prob lem with your designated care worker, we will look for another member of the team to ensure the get quality support.
We have been around a long time
The company was established by Mary, Managing Director, in 1992. We have developed a service that is tried and tested and, although Mary can't promise to still be in charge, the intention is for the company to still be here for many years to come.
We keep track of your changing needs
Every client has a Service User Guide and Communication Folder which the Care Worker who visits you will write in every time they attend. It will function as a diary of what happens on a daily basis and it is an important part of our regular review of your Service User Plan
