Flexibility of Working Hours
We can be flexible, tell us when you want to work, the only proviso is that you work every other weekend. If you are a nurisng or social care student, working with NCCN can give valuable experience. Company Transport
If you use your own car, we pay mileage. If you have a problem with your own car we can use of one of our fleet cars. .

Training
You will attend a 4 day induction programme followed by shadowing with an experienced member of staff. Once you are working there will be (paid) training sessions and the chance to obtain an NVQ qualification. Working for NCCN could be the first step into a rewarding career. Claire who is now a nurse in St James Hospital in Leeds said "I don't believe I would be where I am today if it wasn't for you giving me a chance and experience in care". 

Backup all day, every day
You will never be left to fend for yourself, we are always on the end of a phone in the office with practical and professional nursing support.

Complex Teams
Staff are specially selected to work with Service Users who have complex physical or learning disabilities. Specialist training ensures that everyone is confident in the use of equipment and in the management of challenging behaviour. A higher rate of pay is available for the complex team dependent upon the skill level required to meet the needs of the Service User.
