Before we start any service we will arrange a visit for a thorough assessment of your needs by either our Nurse Advisor or Care Officer. They will agree with you a Service User Plan that will outline what is necessary to enable you to live as independently as possible and respect your rights, privacy and dignity.
Security and Peace of Mind
We operate a 24hr a day 7 days a week Emergency Call System - just ring 07714 895917. You will never be left without a visit. If there is a problem with your care worker, we will look for another member of the team to ensure you get the necessary support.

We keep track of your changing needs
Everyone has a Service User Guide and Communication Folder where the Care Worker will record details of each visit. It will function as a diary of what happens on a daily basis and it is an important part of our regular review of your Service User Plan.
