Working for New Concept Care & Nursing is different?
New Concept Care & Nursing offers flexible working with family friendly contracts to all Nurses. You choose when and where you work. You are not tied into any contracts (except that we like you to let us know in advance if you are going to have a holiday or if you should want to leave - this is unusual - most people stay with us for years!!)
Regular or Irregular?
Some Nurses prefer to take 'one off' calls, which may be at short notice, to work in Nursing Homes, others prefer to have regular work in one of our speciality areas such as Learning Disabilities, Spinal injuries etc. You tell us when you are available and what sort of work you like and we will try our best to allocate suitable contracts for you.
Training and Development
Our induction programme will take you through the requirements of all legislation relating to work as a Nurse in the Community or in Nursing Homes. We will offer updates in Manual Handling and other courses to develop your career and build your portfolio towards PREPP.
Across the Region
New Concept Care & Nursing is currently developing into North Yorkshire and applications are welcome from Nurses across the whole of the East Riding of Yorkshire, the City of York, North Yorkshire and the City of Hull. Our pay structure reflects seniority and experience and we have vacancies for nurses from all branches of the register
