New Concept Care & Nursing offers flexible working with family friendly contracts to all Nurses. You choose when and where you work. You are not tied into any contracts (except that we like you to let us know in advance if you are going to have a holiday or if you should want to leave - this is unusual - most people stay with us for years!!)

What type of work is available?
Currently the opportunities for nurses are within our Complex Care Services. You may be working in a supervisory role with a team of care workers providing high level care for people with physical or learning disabilities. THESE ROLES ARE AVAILABLE ACROSS THE COUNTRY! We will be looking specifically for people with skills which match the needs of the Service User in each particular location - perhaps respiratory, motor neurone disease etc.
