What sort of work is available?
A.
All sorts! Most of our work is in client's own homes helping them to maintain
independence. This can be with people of any age and a range of differing
needs. We also have work available in Residential Homes and Nursing Homes
We ask that all Care Workers have a Criminal Records Bureau check to increase
security for our clients
Q. How
much will I be paid?
A.
There are several different rates for different jobs - it depends what
time of the day you are working and how many hours you work. You can earn
up to £10 an hour on overtime, but give us a ring to get the full
details
Q.
Will I need a uniform?
A.
We wear green polo shirts with black or blue trousers or a skirt.
Q. What
about HOLIDAYS??
A.
Normal Bank Holidays are paid at time and a half, Christmas and New Year
is paid at double time We operate the statutory system of Holiday Pay,
so when you want a break you continue to get paid at a rate that is based
on what you have received in the period prior to you holiday.
Q.
What about travelling expenses?
A.
We pay 20p per mile for every mile you travel

How will
I get paid?
A.
We pay every 2 weeks straight into your bank account
